MSA Fellowships

Amplify your philanthropic impact and legacy with a gift of an MSA graduate fellowship. Attracting top students and making sure our degree is affordable for them is an important way that we keep our program among the top in the world, and fellowships are significant contributors to our success. Fellowships enable us to attract diverse top students, which will in term enhance your organization’s recruiting pipeline.

Organizations or individuals can sponsor a fellowship to provide financial support to an incoming MSA student. In sponsoring a fellowship, organizations can specify the criteria a student must meet to qualify for their specific fellowship. The sponsor will have the opportunity to interact with their fellow throughout the program. You will also receive VIP invitations to special MSA events and be recognized for your generosity in other ways.

Permanent endowment MSA fellowship support can be provided at the following endowment levels

  • President's Fellowship: $1.25M endowment
  • Dean's Fellowship: $625K endowment
  • Graduate Fellowship: $150K endowment
  • Topper Fellowship: $25K+ endowment

* Endowment funds generate ~4% earnings of the principal balance to award every year and provide a permanent stream of support

  • President's Fellowship: $50K/year current operations
  • Dean's Fellowship: $25K/year current operations

Highlights of Fellowship Sponsorship

  • Named fellowships: When a corporate partner or alumnus makes a fellowship donation, the MS Analytics Admissions Committee will award a top incoming student an analytics fellowship annually designated in the name of the company or alumnus.
  • Increased diversity: Donors can stipulate preferences that their fellowships be awarded to recipients with demonstrated financial need, underrepresented minorities, women in technology, applicants from a specific industry focus, and/or from a specific geographical region.
  • Enhanced recruiting: Recognition and contact with your named fellowship recipients helps build a recruiting pipeline and increases the probability of hiring top students upon graduation.
  • VIP invitations to MSA events: Join us for our speaker series, career panels, special events, and more.
  • Publicity: Donors receive visible recognition through press releases, the MS Analytics program website, and other publications.

Gifts to the Georgia Tech Foundation in support of MSA fellowships are tax deductible, to the extent proved by law, and are subject to acceptance of the Institute and the Georgia Tech Foundation. The Georgia Tech Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization.
